"This is one of my favorite gadgets of all time. No more going to a shop to get the check engine codes checked and interpreted by someone else. It also alerted me while I was driving that I had two new codes. I drove immediately to the place I intended to get it repaired and the mechanic told me if I hadn't brought it in when I did, I might have to pay for much more costly repairs and my car breaking down on me. The app is also constantly being updated and made better."

"Great product. Easy to install and use. My 'check engine' light came on and because of my busy schedule I could not get to the mechanic for a while. By the time I got there it was hard for them to determine what was wrong. This unit allowed me to reset the light, and after a couple of days realize the gas cap needed replacing. It also keeps track of maintenance items like batteries, windshield wipers, etc. I am buying another for a friend of mine."

"Basically paid for itself on the first use. Set up was easy. Had an engine misfire and was able to clear the code without goin to a shop. Been watching the car but the light hasn't come back on. "Had a check engine on my car, took it to the mechanic and told me the code and that it was an O2 sensor. Here was the catch he told me my car had 4 O2 sensor and he might have to change all 4 of them, didn't really like that so I took the car looked up online and came across FIXD.... hooked it up to the car and told me the exact sensor that was bad, ordered the sensor @ Amazon for like 30 $ and did it myself.
